Vik Torpunuri

President and CEO
Vik Torpunuri has made a career out of making other people and organizations successful, by putting into their hands, tools that enable customers to gain the insight they need to solve business problems and obtain a clear picture of business performance across an organization. He has worked with both global enterprises and small to mid-size companies, providing tailored business intelligence solutions in a wide variety of industries including life sciences, healthcare, media, supply chain, and manufacturing. His companies' solutions are regularly recognized for excellence on a national level. In 2011,Vik led the executive team that successfully raised investment capital and acquired Integrated Revenue Management (IRM) – forming Audact Health. Prior to this, in 2007, Vik founded Analytix On Demand, a groundbreaking SaaS business intelligence company focused exclusively on the healthcare market. In 1999, Vik founded e2e Analytix, a full-service business intelligence solutions provider with a 500-person team spanning the globe. Under Vik’s leadership, e2e delivered award-winning business intelligence solutions for various household name brands in healthcare, entertainment, hi-tech, distribution, and energy. Vik has over 15 years of Management Consulting experience with emphases in business strategy, business intelligence, finance and project management. As a KPMG Practice Manager, he implemented award winning enterprise business intelligence solutions and provided business strategies to Fortune 500 companies interrelating vision, processes, needs, and technologies. Vik holds a MBA and a master's degree in engineering, both from Texas A&M University. He is affiliated with numerous professional organizations and has published several journal articles.  

Roger W. Lindsay

Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Roger W. Lindsay is a 20-year business veteran, blending extensive experience in marketing and entrepreneurship with an exceptional track record for high-tech sales at the enterprise level. He has successfully built loyal, long-term customer relationships as an advisor and advocate for organizations in a variety of industries. Roger is now combining his expertise in marketing and channel development to help Audact Health build OEM partnerships, channel partnerships and a world-class sales organization. In 2011, Roger was a member of the executive team that successfully raised investment capital and acquired Integrated Revenue Management (IRM) – forming Audact Health. In 2008, he was a member of the team that launched Analytix On Demand, a SaaS business intelligence company focused exclusively on the healthcare market. In 2000, Roger founded The Access Group, a technology services company that leveraged SaaS technology and consulting expertise to build enterprise Centers of Excellence for QA, IT Service Management (ITIL) and Business Performance Management; improving service levels, reducing operating costs and enforcing corporate compliance for fortune 500 companies. He successfully built the company into a $25 million business and created an entirely new niche focused on outsourcing of a company’s quality assurance function. Prior to The Access Group, Roger had a high-performance career with Siemens Business Services (formerly known as Entex Information Services), where he was responsible for a $100 million book of business.  

Jack R. Duffy

Executive Vice President
Jack Duffy devotes much of his professional time and energy to working with healthcare executives who seek to preserve and expand their organizations ability to serve patients. With advanced degrees in Business, Public Health and Gerontology, combined with more than 38 years of experience in healthcare –with an emphasis on finance, Jack has made education the focal point of his professional career. Prior to co-founding Integrated Revenue Management (IRM) in 2000, Jack completed a 30-year career in healthcare as the Vice-President of Finance for ScrippsHealth in San Diego, CA. IRM became a national healthcare education company focused on improving all aspects of revenue cycle. As Executive Vice President he played an integral role in IRM’s successful development – reaching nearly 1 billion dollars in net revenue improvements involving revenue management departments from 51-client hospitals, nationwide. IRM was acquired by Analytix on Demand in 2011 – forming Audact Health. Audact Health has successfully integrated the experience of training almost 1000 hospital auditors with today’s SaaS based analytical tools. This combination of services and technology represents the next level of healthcare financial management. Jack is a long-time member of and speaker for the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Jack was a Fellow of HFMA for over 20 years, a certified member since 1981, and a 2004 recipient of HFMA’s Lifetime Achievement award. He has served as president of his local HFMA chapter as well as serving three years as a member of the national PFS Advisory Council. Jack has also shared advanced practice ideas with the Healthcare Roundtable, VHA’s CFO affinity group, NAHAM (Access Management) and others. He is also an established author on healthcare topics, including a feature article in HFM.  

Kathleen Craig

Executive Vice President
Kathleen Craig has over 25 years of healthcare experience, with a focus on all aspects of revenue improvement. In addition to providing executive leadership, Kathleen has maintained a strong focus on innovative, educational programs and next generation information technologies'. In 2000, Kathleen Co-founded Integrated Revenue Management (IRM), a national healthcare education company focused on improving all aspects of revenue cycle. As President and CEO, she played an integral role in IRM's successful development - reaching nearly 1 billion dollars in net revenue improvements involving revenue management departments from 51-client hospitals, nationwide. IRM was acquired by Analytix on Demand in 2011 – forming Audact Health. In 1995, prior to IRM, Kathleen was recruited to join Scripps Health, a multi-hospital system in San Diego, CA, as director of revenue process and engineering. There she developed and implemented internal revenue management programs that included managed care, charge audit, outpatient, and specialty audit divisions. Her efforts created $125 million in net revenue gains. In 1995 Kathleen completed ten years as senior director of audit operations for Hospital Billing Analysis, Inc. (HBA), a division of CIS Technologies. There she led a team of 85 associates, supporting audit operations at 126 healthcare providers. Kathleen is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and has been affiliated with the International Association of Central Service Management and the San Diego Women's Network Association.
